I said my unsatisfactory things. The manager was the last car hop this night, offering to make it right, their hearing skills, and a free product from my order definitely surprises us, going over and over, in our eyes recognition of the in disorders, apologise and say in the same breath as you change it, offering free/comp item is definitely the way to go in this industry.
