Temperature was close to 85° insid... read more First off, the waitress was amazing and extremely apologetic. The food was decent. Zero air conditioning inside the building. Temperature was close to 85° inside and has been this way for months. Corporate refuses to have the units fixed and could care less about the staff or customers. Staff was having to seat customers towards the front of the building because the area was the coolest. Walk towards the back, and it is a sauna. Poor kitchen staff have got to be miserable. It would be one thing if the unit had just gone out but was advised that it has been this way for at least 3-4 months.

If you enjoy chicken tenders, they truly are the most tender. Nice selection of appetizers, as well. One suggestion: keep some malt vinegar on-hand for those that order fish chips, please! I will miss them including the one in blue ridge closed as well. I’m sorry to see the small business not being able to make it with the high cost of labor and supplies. We went on a Friday night around 6pm. The place was dead. There were 3 people standing around when we walked in, they looked at us and continued talking. We waited several more minutes before a girl in a hoodie came and seated us. The server was okay but not very friendly. There were no kids menus they gave us a small piece of paper with things written down. We got our bread and it was literally the size of nuggets. They served it anyway which tells me there are zero standards here. We ordered an appetizer and the loaded fries were cold and old and the cheee wasn’t even melted. Our food comes and I ordered the fried chicken, broccoli casserole, green beans, and sweet potato casserole. The broccoli casserole is just broccoli and velveeta. Every one of my sides was old and nasty. It tasted like it had been sitting all day. My husband’s and children’s food was the same. We notified our waitress who got the manager. This guy was not dressed professionally at all and every single issue we had he made an excuse for why it was like that. He said the bread hadn’t been proofed but they cooked it anyway. He said the sweet potato casserole “comes that way” etc. ultimately we got a small discount but still paid $60 for old, cold, nasty food and not very friendly service.
