A fan of duck magret, I ordered a magret with a rosy cooking, this one first arrived very cooked to my taste, I had to return the dish. It happened again with a more rosy cooking than the first but not the usual cooking of a real rose duck magret. Don’t want to return the dish once again to avoid the waste, I’m talking about it at the time of setting it up for the restaurant’s boss, who answers me dryly and unleasingly “I saw with the chef, he tells me that it’s a rosé cooking, we don’t have the same definition of a rosé cooking.” No commercial gesture, no excuse and no question. It's a shame...
