Build their own bowl/pita. everything is marked, so it is easy to order. get the Pita chips and hummus! also I don't eat great meals so the small Pita option is great.

I ordered a grain bowl with 2 cups of traditional hummus, 1 cup of red pepper hummus, falafel, tomatoes, onions, fired maize and garlic dressing with one side of mini-pita and an additional side of garlic dressing. I enjoyed my food, although I would do something else the next time. I'll wait for about 30 minutes to pick up next time.

CAVA is similar to Chipotle but with a Mediterranean twist. The menu includes Pita bread, rice dishes, salads, and a variety of vegetables, toppings, and sauces to choose from. They offer many vegan options, clearly marked on their website. However, everything seems to be overly salty. The falafel, in particular, was extremely salty and not enjoyable. They also have roasted sweet potato and roasted vegetables as main component options, but for a Mediterranean restaurant, you would expect good falafel. The sauces were tasty but also high in sodium. If you go easy on the toppings and sauces and steer clear of the falafel, you should have a good dining experience.
