We are visitors from out of town and were looking for a place to eat. We decided to go to Sonic, but found that the lobby and all the lanes were closed. We waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes before leaving because no one took our order. It didn't seem like the restaurant was busy. It appeared that the employees were more focused on talking instead of doing their job. The drive-thru is meant to be convenient, but our experience was not.
