We are visitors from out of town and were looking for a place to eat. We decided to go to Sonic, but found that the lobby and all the lanes were closed. We wait... read more We are visitors from out of town and were looking for a place to eat. We decided to go to Sonic, but found that the lobby and all the lanes were closed. We waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes before leaving because no one took our order. It didn't seem like the restaurant was busy. It appeared that the employees were more focused on talking instead of doing their job. The drive-thru is meant to be convenient, but our experience was not.

However, my experiences at this particular dri... read more I have always enjoyed the food at Sonic and have visited many locations in different cities without any problems. However, my experiences at this particular drive-in have been incredibly disappointing. If I could give it a zero-star rating, I absolutely would! I’ve stopped by this fast food place several times, as it’s the only one in our area, but each visit has been frustrating. They’ve frequently been out of items I wanted to order, like cheese for a burger, onion rings, or cheddar jalapeño peppers. Even when I was the only car in line, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive my order. After calling the corporate office to express my concerns, I informed them that I would never return to this location again.
