This is an e... read more Dont get me wrong, with all due respect there is absolutely nothing to do in Irapuato except going to Guanajuato and then of course dining at Bixa. This is an experience by itself and me, as well as many others, just visit the city in order to have a meal there. You wont be disappointed with the real Mexican southeastern food. A bit of advice, ask about spiciness, some of their dishes are off limits to non chili-natives. You will fall in love with the city becase Bixa is there,
