KFC - Iqaluit
KFC
Description
Despite being the only KFC and Pizza Hut in town, this restaurant in Iqaluit has received mixed reviews. Many customers have reported terrible customer service experiences, including rude staff and difficulty reaching the restaurant by phone. Some have faced challenges with orders, with incorrect items and slow service being common complaints. On the positive side, there were some who enjoyed the pizza, giving it high ratings, despite the wait time during busy hours. Overall, the restaurant seems to have room for improvement in terms of customer service and food quality.

The phone number listed is wrong. It's literally impossible to get their number without going in person to ask for it. And even then, they will actively keep it off the hook to avoid taking orders. It's very hit or miss. If the manager is there, it's usually fine. If he's not, you'll get wrong orders constantly, or be straight out told they're not taking orders and won't give you a reason for it.Really needs some staff that can be trusted when left alone.
My coworker ate here and gave the pizza a 10/10, and that's saying a lot coming from him. He's a pizza guy, lol. Gave 4/5 stars for the wait time, but i can't blame them really because it was the busy lunch hour
Pizza hut pizzas too, but tastes nothing like pizza hut. Service is slow because it is busy. More from a store. Just out. No delivery and no food in options. Accessibility: wheelchair ramp available.
