During my first visit, my friends and I inquired about the ingredients in the kebab bread and the staff immediately picked up on the fact that we were vegan. I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and they reassured me that the Dürüm wrap and kebab bread are both vegan. I ended up trying the kebab and was impressed by how delicious it was, especially when paired with the slightly spicy vegan sauce and falafel. The falafel was incredibly soft and the vegetables were fresh. The staff also mentioned their plans to open a new restaurant that will offer a cheese stick for vegetarians, replacing the meat stick, and include more veggie options for vegans to avoid a monotonous meal of just lettuce, pickles, and onions. I am excited for this expansion and thrilled to see them grow their business while catering to a wider range of dietary preferences.

During my first visit, I inquired about the milk content in the kebab bread, and the staff immediately recognized that we were vegan. I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge! They informed me that they make their own Dürüm packaging, which is naturally vegan, along with the kebab bread. I ended up trying the kebab and it was delicious, especially when paired with the vegan (slightly spicy) sauce and falafel. The falafels were incredibly tender and the vegetables were fresh. Additionally, the staff mentioned their plans to open a new restaurant offering a cheese stick for vegetarians instead of a meat stick, as well as adding more vegetables for vegans. This will provide more variety beyond just salad, pickles, and onions. I'm eagerly anticipating this expansion of their business and am delighted to see their continued growth.
