There's a guy who just moved into the area, a wannabe biker named Bob Faidley, also known as Rooter Guy. Apparently, he's got a waitress named Paula to help him... read more There's a guy who just moved into the area, a wannabe biker named Bob Faidley, also known as Rooter Guy. Apparently, he's got a waitress named Paula to help him cover his expenses. He left me hanging with $300 in unpaid electric bills, and instead of paying me back, he spent his last $100 on a bag of weed before heading back. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last person he takes advantage of. Just so you know, he doesn't have any friends around here.
