I was caught off guard by all the flavors, AND a wide array of non-dairy ice creams. In my moment of weakness, the lad behind thewindow slides it open and says ?you can try as many flavors as you want if you come inside.? And that was it. Next thing Iknew, I was walking out with two scoops in a waffle cone, beaming like a 5 year old kid. BRICS has the best non-dairy ice creamI have ever had. I tasted four different kinds. They taste a lot like gelato, but not as dense. I?m not vegan. I like my dairyand have always been skeptical when it comes to non-dairy alternatives but honestly, I would?ve never guessed their vegan icecream was non-dairy. It was so good. What a gem of an ice cream parlor.
