What Dayne O'Reilly doesn't like about Eis-café Corso:
It used to be very good here. Was now disappointed three times last time and every time. I don't like the ice anymore. I had vanilla and hazelnuts. Both had a strong fat and artificial consistency. The color was different. Unfortunately, both tasted almost the same. View all feedback.
Idsteiner Institution. We have been happy for years and are always happy, whether it is ice cream, espresso or caipirinha. Very nice owner.

Service would be faster if he didn't call so often.

Unharmed and respectless staff: 9 March 2024 visited our family with two toddlers Idstein. Although there were several ice cream cafes nearby, we chose this one that was considered the best rated. When entering the well visited shop we were politely waiting at the door for instructions from the staff. Suddenly, however, we were shouted loudly by an older gentleman with baldness behind the vault in an extremely rude manner: All full! The volume of his scream caused not only our children, but also us in shock and left us at first speechless. When we stuttered and pointed out to a table that has just become free, we were told a second time loudly that it was already reserved for someone else. We had expected a more polite response from the staff or the request for understanding the situation. Perhaps it was because we acted like unsuspecting tourists who are not powerful to the German language. We are deeply disappointed and hope that other visitors do not have to experience the same negative incident.
