The hotel re... read more I had a wonderful experience at the Saint Giles Heathrow Hotel in March of 2009. Our group arrived late after our bus driver got us lost in London. The hotel restaurant, Il Grasso, was about to close but the manager and cook stayed open late to ensure we could have dinner. The food was delicious and fresh, with generous portions. The staff was friendly, patient, and quick, making the meal a memorable experience. I hope that the restaurant continues to provide excellent customer service. Thank you, Il Grasso, for being a special part of our trip!
