The taste of the chicken rice was delicious and satisfying. The daikon had a good thickness and a nice flavor as well.
The owner of Junior Vegetable Sommelier in 2020-7, Yuko, is also a director of the NPO "Zaishiteikitai Kagoshima-ben."
