Taco Bell - Hinesville

Just whatever you do… don’t eat at this one. Drive the extra miles to either Jesup or Richmond Hill. My coworker(s) swore off this taco bell. I get it now. Staff and management is the issue.

The drive thru line takes way too long. There was 2 cars ahead of me and took 20 minutes just to reach the intercom. Then another 15 minutes for my food. Fast food not fast at all.

The cheese fries I had was a melted lump of cheese that was half way cold when served. Taste was very little to none...why don't you flavor the food? I do not recommend.

Manager was great to try and fix a situation trying to door dash and the lady at the window gets mad at me because she gave someone else the wrong order and said it wasn’t her problem and when I asked for a manager because I wasn’t leaving till I had the orders food she said they’ll tell you the same thing and I refused after a 40 min wait in line for the drive trough he was nice and helpful but I don’t care kids or not if you dont like your job pick a different one it doesn’t help anyone with a nasty attitude

Got my order completely wrong, and when i brought it to their attention, they were argumentative. they also gave my original order away to another
