The staff were nice, but the coffee was quite bitter—maybe it was a long pull espresso. The flavor was really off-putting. I also tried the iced mocha, which seems to be a favorite for some people who enjoy very bitter coffee. If that's your style, you might enjoy it, but it wasn't for me. I've only been here once while passing through, so I don't want to judge too harshly based on just one experience. However, this coffee is definitely going in the trash. It's disappointing.

Also we had asked beforehand if the requested drink were able to be made sf and were told that they were)If you're going to get back at a customer, decaf them, don't put sugar in it when it's specifically asked to be sugar free. I know how food service works im not d My wife is diabetic and it messed her blood sugar levels up. :
