Fr... read more I travel a lot and usually buy food at the grocery store to eat while on the road. Today I needed fuel and wanted something to drink and discovered Blu Taco. Fresh food, and the sauces have a nice bite to them. The gal behind the counter was super friendly, efficient and made me glad I tried Blu Taco. They need to get a credit card machine that will allow you to tip, she should have received a tip, but I don't carry cash.

I ordered a bowl that came with rice, pinto beans, lettuce, cheese, beef, jalapeños, and salsa. It was a typical burrito bowl—nothing extraordinary. Was it good? Yes. Was it great? No. Was it terrible? Not at all. It’s a quick place to grab a bite, but there’s nothing particularly memorable about it. I would consider stopping by again if I were passing through.

Very casual and easy-going staff who are passionate about their tacos. Fresh tasting and wonderful food as well as awesome cilantro lime rice. I definitely recommend giving it a try! The soft shells hold up incredibly well while also beingsoft in texture, the shell remains together very well! They also come in microwavable and dishwasher safe containers which isnice and convenient when you're on the go!
