Unfortunately, they didn't want to tell me what the cabbage salad was made with, it was super tasty. Dined yesterday at Sudersee, currently the highest rated in Hindeloopen. We didn't think it was a good experience. The food, we had 3 courses, was mediocre and often, especially all salads/vegetables made very sweet. The duck breast meat had hard pieces (seaweed? . The service exceptionally friendly and at another very blunt. Without compromising the very friendly service, the bluntness jumps out. When we asked for dessert whether something could be made without cow's milk protein and gluten, we got the answer that the desserts on the menu are what there is!! Fortunately, the employee himself was shocked and apologized. The idea of simply leaving this to the kitchen did not come up.
