Mcdonald's - Hilton Head

I rarely leave reviews, but this place made me say with many good things. They really listened to the problem I had with the truck, and after the fixation they explained what they found and what they did and offered further advice. Then I saw the price... it was reasonable. I expected more. The owner told me he wants a life customer. He has one! I'll take my other vehicle. Do you want a professional, polite, customer-oriented, affordable, no bs and knowledgeable mechanic? You want old school customer service? Go to the store! I couldn't say enough about this place and it's owner. The mechanics and owners were cool to talk with and all had smiles, and you could say they were really well maintained.

On my way to beach I heard a noise every time I stopped or slowed down. I arrived on Hilton Head Island with no rear brake pads. I stopped at RS Auto Repair for my repair. The gentlemen were so nice and friendly. I think they could tell my stress level was up with worry. I traveled a long way here and I was too afraid to return home with no brakes. RS Auto was Awesome. I really appreciate their polite service and competitive prices. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs in area to try RS Auto Repair first. GREAT SERVICE! Not bad on the eye sight either!

Being a local family business owner in Bluffton. It's nice to find another business that takes pride in their quality of workman ship. I have a 40th Anniversary edition Corvette that needed a new clutch. I was charged $1,300 dollars at a local Corvette dealership and told that its running perfect. 3000 miles later the clutch went out again and they wanted more money to fix the same problem. Needless to say I fought them and to them to fix it again on something I payed to get done right the first time. They fixed it. 3000 miles it went out again...No More! So I took it to Chip @RS Auto. The work was done in a timely fashion and the problem was finally fixed for 3/4 under the original dealer price. Thanks Chip and the crew at RS Auto. Proud to wear their RS Auto logo t-shirts around town.

Traveled to Hilton head for vacation. I drive a tundra with custom oversized wheels. They are one of the only places I could find to rebalance my tires. Quick, good pricing, excellent customer service, and excellent results. Got me in the day after I called, rebalanced and rotated my tires and had a much smoother ride on the way home.

Grateful is an understatement! When I was away from home for 9 hours and my brakes went out, I was so stressful and terrible, but from the moment I called them to the moment I left, they treated me with nothing but compassion and excellent service. They went beyond and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and then safe once we were back on the road. This is so important when you travel with your two teenagers. We appreciate everything!!
