At this local restaurant, guests experience a mixed culinary landscape marked by inconsistency in service and value. While some patrons rave about the fantastic staff and freshly prepared dishes, including BBQ Chicken Pizza and baked goods, others express disappointment in the changing coffee quality and perceived price gouging on gas and menu items. Although the friendly team works diligently despite being understaffed, issues with pizza quality and bathroom hygiene remain concerns. Overall, while some customers enjoy their meals and commend the service, others feel let down and are reconsidering their loyalty.

Hermitage Casey's Gas prices as of today, 10/12/2023, are $3.29. Bullseye, located 3 miles down the road, is selling gas for $3.19, while Murpheys in Nevada, MO, 62 miles down the road, is only charging $3.06. I understand that you are competing with the local area, but I have to say, it feels like price gouging! Casey's is consistently higher than anywhere else. I will need to go elsewhere for my gas needs. Additionally, the coffee used to be much better before they changed it recently. Now, it's terrible. As for service, I only used the take-out option.
I only stop by this restaurant to use the bathroom. I no longer enjoy their coffee, as the old coffee was much better. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5.
Must use credit card to use air machine and then their air chuck does NOT WORK!!!
The donuts were awesome, the two employees that were working, Memoral Day weekend were rude, and dismissive, obviously mad about having to put up with weekenders in their store. All the other Casey's stores that I deliver for are friendly and engaging. For the owners sake, I hope that they hire some more friendly staff.
Pizza was soo good, yesterday. Didn’t realize how good the pizza is at Casey’s! The people at Hermitage store are very nice, too!
