My only complaint is the extra charge that seems to appear after you’ve already made your payment—this happens every time! I’m the only person here at 5:00 PM. The Pilzburger, however, is a solid 9 out of 10!

Went for breakfast and was told they were out of biscuits and gravy, to then be told they had some. The gravy was straight raw lumpy flower. Then tonight go there and no chicken or tenders. They ran out of food to cook. SORRY! They are lazy, all they doing back there is playing around, no consequences or concerns for the customers! Fire staff or management or both. This restaurant has been an amazing place full of great experiences throughout my life with my grandparents growing up and coming with him to drink coffee. It’s ashamed how SORRY it is now. Someone from management PLEASE fix it!
