Dunkin' - Helotes

My coffee was missing from this order. I have been unable to find a place to submit a request for a refund for the missing coffee. I am very displeased with this service and feel robbed of my money.

I ordered 3 coffee cake muffins and one pumpkin, but actually got 3 chocolates muffins and one pumpkin. I do not eat chocolate so had to give those away

Terrible service. They took over 45 min to prepare a small order. To make things worse, the order was incorrect. I’m really baffled by the incompetence of this location. Would never return.

Was treated terribly by a chronic mumbler, who refuse to speak up to a volume that shorted me donuts and their excuse was we were busy don’t here and don’t get the chronic mumbler with the curly brown hair, and shave sides. He is terrible he can’t even count to 12 he stops at 11!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It never has items in stock, such as orange juice, turkey sausage or basic donuts. We ordered DoorDash and half the order was not included. When we called they said they gave the full order to the female that picked up the other. That's a lie it was a male. Get it together
