My coworker and I visited KFC today, and we received fantastic service from a guy named Tom! I got my meal right away, but my colleague had to wait for a little while, even though he ordered the same meal with different sauces. Tom checked on the status of his order and apologized for the delay, as it took longer than usual. View all feedback.

I really enjoy eating here, but it can be quite frustrating. The lines are often long, and it's frustrating that online ordering for pickup isn't available. It seems like that would make things easier and help ensure that my order is correct.

Incredible! The chicken legs and breast were so juicy and delicious, definitely the best in all of Haverhill!
