Ordering at the Drive Thru was extremely slow, due to the employee's unclear communication and the hard-to-read menu boards. They ask for your side and dip choices, but where are the options? I ordered a 12-piece boneless bucket, but the chicken pieces were small. They were at least hot, unlike the fries which were both small and cold. The sweetcorn was minimal, and the mashed potatoes were unpleasant. The price was surprisingly high. The Drive Thru area was cluttered with stickers and business cards on the KFC signage. Compared to a McDonald's, it's clear why McDonald's is always busy while this place lacks customers.
