Domino's Pizza - Hartford

The new management is doing a terrible job. What is going on here?

The food was terrible, but everything else was okay. The dishes were undercooked and soggy.

One of the worst interactions that I have ever had with a delivery driver. To a point where I felt like it was going to get physical. On febuary 5th at approximately 8:00 p.m. I came downstairs to get my pizza and the delivery driver basically threw my pizza at me! I've ordered from this Domino's on Farmington Avenue several times and have never had an issue. I will be reaching out to corporate. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. If your drivers do not know how to interact with customers then maybe they should find a new line of work!

Lazy drivers who stay in car, handing food out like a drug deal.

Place my order online at 4:47pm. My order arrived at 6:08pm. But that's not the problem. When the delivery driver arrived my girlfriend went outside and paid him in cash $27 for an order that was $26. The then told her it's $30 and told her hold on why he checks how much the order was. He then hopes inside his car and closes the door with the money and the food. Seemed like he was going to drive off. When I came out and shouted from across the street what's going on. He then gets out of his car and finally hands my girlfriend the food. Definitely felt like he was going to drive off with the money and for. Very shady driver. Food was cold as ice when we finally got it. Driver definitely is a scammer no doubt about it
