So we called them to inform them and ask them how we could solve this problem. the people who went to the phone gave me the feeling of being very unprofessional. they kept telling me that they are very busy and that the problem cannot be solved at the moment and that it is the fault of their supplier who supplies them with mugs that should have 500 ml, and they were not. I was expecting them to solve this problem. what they never did. I understand if her restaurant is very full. but the problem has never been solved. I didn't get the product they promised me. they gave me the feeling that I annoyed her. I agree that this is a rather minor problem. but as they have dealt with it, I was disappointed.
