A hidden gem among local restaurants and bars in Hancock, MD. They offer generous servings of homemade soup and desserts, along with large portions of sandwiches and entrees. I've heard that their wing night on Wednesdays is fantastic. The prices are quite reasonable as well. View all feedback.

I was surprised for a small town bar; people weren't more friendly. Two of my friends, my husband , and I walked in, and you would have thought they'd seen ghosts. Not a word from anyone, not even the bartender. She didn't even say hello or greet us in any way until we walked up to order drinks. Went downstairs to play pool had to find the light switch ourselves as it was pitch black. Once we got the first light on,... View all feedback.
Best decision our group of 10 made when visiting the area great food and excellent service . If you forgot what great service and good food was you need to visit this restaurant as a reminder.
A quiet location in the mid-afternoon. Food was delicious. We both had salad with cracked. They were flavorful and delicious and the plate was well put together. It is easy to get to from I-70 and worth the stop. We'll stop again on our next trip through the area.
My friend and I both ordered steaks. They arrived sizzling, and we're tender and tasty

Not a word from anyone, not even the bartender. She didn't even say hello or greet us in any way until we walked up to order drinks. Went downstairs to play pool had to find the light switch ourselves as it was pitch black. Once we got the first light on, a patron had to come find the lights for above the table. It's very clear they don't clean down there often. Trash on the floor, used chapstick, and we even found an EATEN off chicken wing bone on top of one of the speakers. It's a nice place, but they need to pay more attention to cleaning their guests.
A place where America comes together over an ice cold beer and some really great burger and the service is warm, welcoming and excellent. during my visit we had a dozen dirty road bikers from the south, a cyclist who makes the c O channel with a nyc triathlon shirt and a few locals in the bar. all curious to chat with each other with a good lunch break and where even four amish came on bikes with lunch in the dinning room. highly recommended if they stop in hancock.
