The coffee was all made incorrectly and the bagels were burnt to a crisp, even when I didn't ask for them to be toasted. To make matters worse, I found a short grey hair in my cream cheese, which was absolutely disgusting. I will definitely not be returning and will warn everyone I know to avoid this place. The service, food, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1 out of 5.
