Only on my request was someone so forced to help me! Unfortunately! I could see that more often. Customer service and friendly handling (which should actually be king) is better practiced in other countries. Certainly not all customers are simple or even friendly, but you can always do as much as possible to make every customer feel he is very welcome there. MfG
