I needed to make a last-minute trip from Jersey City to Hackensack for some cupcakes, and James, one of the employees, assisted me throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely friendly. He even put together a sample box from their large selection, making my quick visit less than a minute long. James truly stands out!
