Over the years, I've had the pleasure of dining at numerous incredible restaurants featuring four-star kitchens run by celebrity chefs. However, I must say that Martino’s Market on Lodi Street in Hackensack, NJ, is truly one of the finest dining experiences I've ever had. There are no fancy demi-glaces, deconstructed dishes, or foams here—just authentic Italian comfort food reminiscent of my childhood. The meals are served with love in an atmosphere that feels so much like my grandmother’s house. The Martino family is wonderfully warm and welcoming, making every visit special. Seriously, if you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out! Restaurants like this are becoming increasingly rare, which is why it's important to visit them while you still can.
