Service was below average. Seems like there was only one waiter serving everyone. Food was way too expensive as compared to taste. Charged for items which were specifically returned saying system has generated bill and can’t be modified. Table where I was sitting was imbalanced creating very disturbing experience while eating. Not recommended.

I came to Pakistan from UK with my family for my cousins sons wedding . We invited the newly weds to Palatial on 9.march.2022 , in total there were 15 of us. Management made arrangements to lay the tables to accommodate all of us. The service was fantastic and the food was 10 out of 10. Will visit again.
