Extremely expensive. I spent nearly $16 on a "favorite combo." The JJ on New Scotland is the only location with reasonable prices. I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for a long time on my lunch break. The food is excellent! And up until recently the service was also excellent. I’m not sure what happened (I totally get that they could just be short staffed or have newer employees I worked in fast food so I have empathy if that’s simply the case) but this location used to run like a well oiled machine but it isn’t lately. I would order as I left work and it would be ready by the time I drove there (5 10min) but lately I’ve been waiting 15 20 minutes or more for orders and notice a huge line backing up. Also, when I customize the sandwich and add bacon for example it’s like a 50/50 whether I’ll get what I ordered.Only reason I’m giving this feedback is because I like this place and I want to see it do well. It could also just be busier than usual! Not knocking the employees it’s just constructive criticism for the management, who are ultimately accountable for their staff.
Thinnest sub I have ever seen. Rip off.
This is one of the biggest Jimmy John's I've ever been in. One of my favorite sandwich places, service is always quick and the sandwiches are great! My go to is the beach club, but there are many great options and customizations.
