Mcdonald's - guez

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend trusting the employees at this restaurant. I live just two streets away, so I often order from here. Today, I used the kiosk and ordered two plain McDouble burgers, six nuggets, and received a free medium fries for nearly $9. However, when I received my order in a small bag, I noticed that my nuggets barely fit inside. I counted my items and realized that I was missing my fries. I walked back to the restaurant, which took another five minutes, and showed them how my order was incomplete. After waiting for a manager for about four minutes due to their busyness, I informed them that I was missing my fries. Despite being honest about my order, I received no apology, no upgrade to a larger size, and not even a complimentary drink while waiting for my fries to be cooked. By the time I finally received my complete order, 15 minutes had elapsed since I first received my food. It was disappointing to be treated like a lesser customer, with no apology or compensation for the inconvenience.

Upon arrival, we found that the service was slow and it took a while to flag down another server due to the long wait times.
