When the bill came there was a charge of 11 CHF and I asked what this amount was for. It was unbelievable that hot water with lemon was charged. There are many good things about Alpina but this was an absolute shock. I have never experienced this anywhere in the world in hotels which are of Alpina’s star rating or even better. I went to two other hotels and other restaurants to see if this was standat practice; no its not. Reflects lack of class and greed.
