Domino's Pizza - Greensboro

I came here on 12/18/20. I ordered on the app and picked it up. I had a free pizza with the pizza rewards. I added the parm bites. When I got there, I went inside but was told I had to go to the pick up window. I did so and it was quick and easy. The parm bites were HOT and fresh!! I was so hungry and ate a few on the way home. When I got home, they were still warm! The pizza was not hot, but warm and it was fine. I added some parm cheese I had at the house and it was so tasty! I was tired and definitely K.O. after I ate

My PEPPERONI pizza said it was ready at 10:12 and went to the door to get the pizza and it was locked. the guy came to the door and told me he'd bring me the pizza. I waited for 30 minutes until I decided to ask him where the pizza is. they ignored me first, then said the guy on the back, I had to go into the drive thru, although the man on the side said he would bring it to me. the type was very rude for a mistake he made. the coworker who told me that he would come to the door with the pizza in the hand, told me that he can't bring it to me because his boss said he couldn't. at hey we let go for the ride thru after we waited all day for it and my pizza is no longer hot. moan or from here!

Do not use this location, very bad service and no communication. a pizza ordered and taken well for an hour when they said 40 minutes. I've missed the meal I've served and I'm now stuck with $50 pizza I don't need.

Order placed: 3:01 pm, status at 4:02 quality control, called the load and was said to wait another 30 minutes. asked for cancellation and it was done within seconds without excuses. I wish there was a little respect for the time of the customers spent for ordering and waiting for eating.

This is absoluely the worst experience i have ever had in my entire time on this planet. i ordered wings and a drink after about 40 minutes i called. the tracker seemed to have stopped working. when the person finally answered the phone she informed me that it will be another 2 hours before that can deliver my food yes two (2) hours and it was already 11:15 in the pm, so i asked this person i guess since no one called me i was just supposed to just sit here and wait 3 hours for some damn wings. i will never patronize dominos pizza again. take your free medium pizza an shove it where the sun does not shine
