Darryl's Wood Fired Grill - Greensboro

Very pretty place but supremely disappointed in the food. Fries were cold, broccoli soup was lukewarm. Hubby said his burger was good. We waited a long time to receive our check when finished and the restaurant wasn't busy.

This place was full of energy. Food was ok but meat was cooked medium rare instead of medium well. Waiter didnt come back for 30 mins. We had no drinks for a long time. Was not worth the money.

Loved the decor and atmosphere. I was not enthusiastic about the food.

Food came out wrong Twice ! Server was very inattentive and with an attitude.

Traveling from out of state with our pup, so we had to request a table on the patio. Nice evening so ideal weather. We were seated around the firepit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our dog. All humans ordered the prime rib with Brocolli and mac n cheese. We waited 45 minutes for our food to come out, and then found it was barely at room temperature. Of course the outdoor breeze then further cooled it off quickly. Flavor of prime rib was good, though medium to well done rather than medium rare that we all ordered. I understand how rib roasts are slow cooked and you get what's available, but servers probably should not be in the habit of asking how you'd like your beef cooked if they know your preference can't be guaranteed. Mac n cheese fair. Steamed brocolli was not fresh and looked more yellow instead of green. Also meals were a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. Place was packed so they must have quite a following. Tried it once, just so so, probably never to return.
