Horrible experience.Went through drive thru. Was told to pull ahead. All I did was ask why and if I can get my drink first. The lady rolled her eye and yelled at me PULL UP NOW. I said I wanted a refund in which she refused. I have dash cam footage I emailed to corporate.I'm tired of mcdonald's experience and refuse to visit any location again. View all feedback.

Order kiosk declined card. Kiosk was confusing. Where to pick up order not clearly identifiable.
