There was only one person working the sandwich line while there were 10 people waiting! To make it even more frustrating, she didn't even work at the restaurant; she was from the gas station! I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready by 5:50, but I didn't leave until 6:55. This is absolutely outrageous! The woman, Amber, was clearly working extremely hard and even had to handle cashing people out. She deserves a huge raise because if I were in her position, I would have walked out. If you can't staff your establishment properly, maybe you shouldn't be open!

After almost 10 minutes, I decided to go inside, but I found a sign on the door stating that the lobby was closed. This is completely unacceptable, and I really hope they can sort out these issues.
