What a fantastic chip truck!! It's pink and putting out epic food. We ordered a burger and loaded poutine as seen in the pictures. The small size poutine is HUGE and 2 can easily dine for about 20.00 Words can not describe so here are some photos!10/10 will be back!
This is a really nice place, it may look like nothing much but the food is fresh! And the people are so nice and polite. I orderd a crispy chicken burger, grilled chicken burger, and two bufflo chicken poutines, they were freshly made and done in 15minutes. Definitely worth a short wait for such great tasteing food. No weird after tastes and 100% sanitary. I've attached themenu below so have a look!
Loved the service and the onion rings...man were they tasty!! Loved everything about the burger....except the meat : Prime rib in a burger is over rated. I found it bland and mushy. 50/50 sirloin and brisket, then smash it! For me anyway. Took our orderand ate it down at the water...was definitely 8/10. I would go back, but not for the burger. A couple of fellas ordered thepoutine before us, and JEEZ!! It looked amazeballzzz!! Shallots and jalapenos and sour cream! Bring it!
Love it. Huge portions and great taste. The best chip wagon.
Been having fries here since I was little, my brother and I would bike over and enjoy them outside of the picnic tables. The sizes are VERY generous and the menu gets better every year! Always suggest Shelby's to friends and family from out of town and they always have nothing but good things to say. Hands down the best chip truck in Muskoka! :
