Looks like s... read more Long wait tonight. 8pm and long wait to order and wait for food. Ordered a family size fries was very disappointing the container wasn't very full. Looks like someone took half. The kids meals were fresh and hot! I've been to this location 3timesnow. All 3have been disappointing. I don't know if I'll be back to this location again.

Tried to get extra sauce as the ONE that I got with the meal was barely half full and was told there is a charge for sauce. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Spentover $42.00 dollars on a 10-shrimp meal, a Cheeseburger meal and some Cheese Curds and have to pay for sauce? I didn't evenfinish my meal as I was not going to pay for sauce after spending that much money as sauce should come with the meal! Culverscorporate as told me that they would have the owner (Jackie) call me to discuss this and still nothing. Talked to the GM today(10/17/22) and I have never been treated so badly as all I want is a refund that all!!!!!!! He stated he knew about the issue,and I guess decided that I didn't deserve a phone call. Don`t go to this location as they do not care about their customers onebit and their General Manager can care less about taking care of a customer!!!!!!! I have attached pics as well as the food Ididn`t eat because you have to pay extra if you want to eat it all. I would stay far away from this place!!!!! All I want is arefund!!!!!!!! I didn't want to even post anything but like I said, they have desire to even reach out to see what happen ortake care of their customers.

There was a small issue with our order, but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. The food is always fresh, and the restaurant is kept clean. I didn't take any photos this time because I was eager to dive into the meal, but I’ll be sure to capture some next visit.
