Great texture, the bun was t... read more One of the best veg burgers I’ve had in Santa Barbara. Easy vegan options. It’s a Beyond Burger patty and they did not overcook it. Great texture, the bun was toasted perfectly, and the toppings were fresh. I also split a side salad with apricot vinaigrette and sweet potato waffle fries with a friend — I would recommend. I paid about $22 for the veg burger and side salad. The add-ons really add up.

The chicken sandwich the gluten free bun were both delicious! (Together separately)unfortunately, the burger was sitting for awhile, before the chicken sandwich was ready. The hostess picked up the fries that had fallen on the plate, placed them back in the cup with her fingers, while she was waiting for other plates to come up. ?Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bun was delicious. They cooked the sweet potato fries, so that they were gluten free.

There was an untrained girl working the till wh... read more I met up with some family members at the Goleta Mesa Burger for what was supposed to be a pleasant Sunday lunch. There was an untrained girl working the till who had to be shown how everything was done, so it took a while to place my order. I chose the Mesa Burger, and when it arrived the patty was pink and almost raw. I took it back to the counter and the girl said oh, did you want it well done? She said they 'd do it again for me, so I went back to my seat, and waited. And waited, and waited. Eventually I asked the waitress whether my order would be ready soon and she clearly hadn 't put it in: she asked what was it you wanted again? A few minutes later, she served my re done order still pink and underdone. By then the rest of my group had finished their lunches, and I wasn 't in the best of moods. I went up to the counter and asked for a refund. It took two people about ten minutes to figure out how to do that. Mesa Burger have almost doubled their prices since lockdown, but I have no idea how their customers can possibly be satisfied with this low standard of customer service and poorly cooked food. For half the price and for much better quality food, I 'll stick to In n Out Burger and will be telling friends to avoid Mesa Burger.
