After contacting them about the five missing doughnuts,... read more We ordered nine doughnuts, but only four arrived on the first delivery – and they were cold and greasy. After contacting them about the five missing doughnuts, which were supposed to be topped with two Crunchies, one Oreo, one Nutella, and one Bueno, we received a replacement order 30 minutes later that contained just four plain sugar doughnuts with no toppings at all. These were also cold and greasy, completely not what we had requested. I tried calling them four or five times, but received no response, even though they were still open for another 20 minutes before closing. As someone who works in the food industry, I am baffled by how they managed to get everything so wrong, especially after two attempts to correct the order. And it wasn't even during busy hours! Shocking.

Food came 40 minutes late, when it arrived it was actually shocking how bad it was in the past, desserts were great from here, the state of them last night literally left everyone in the room looking shocked and confused waffles that were advertised as having 'toppings ' were sent with the tiniest amount possible (literally 2 pieces of banana and a teaspoon of syrup) I 'm assuming the place has new ownership? Save yourself a total waste of cash, you 'll be happier with Nutella on toast, AVOID. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
