I was the only customer there, so I didn’t expect to wait that long. But hey, everyone can form their own opinions. Also, I learned the hard way that a dry rub actually comes soaked in grease, which was unexpected.

The... read more The last three times I've picked up a delivery order from this Wingstop location, I've had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. The employees spend time on their phones while customers wait, showing no sense of urgency. It’s especially frustrating when you’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for an order placed well in advance. The staff are rude and seem indifferent to delivery customers, who are still paying customers. If you want your food quickly, I’d recommend avoiding this place or using a delivery service to handle it for you.

Her poor attitude combined with inattentiveness makes it an easy decision to get wings somewhere else. This place is extremely slow and definitely needs proper training. Despite having enough staff in the kitchen to manage both online orders and dine-in customers, it took 35 minutes to receive a 15-piece meal. I’d recommend going to a different location.
