And we were treated in an absolutely frien... read more We're currently testing our way through Gera, and yesterday we were in the city center at the highly touted Solino... And we were treated in an absolutely friendly, attentive and homely manner until shortly before 5 p.m. The waitress is by far one of the few golden pearls in this city, but then her service was over and she politely asked if she could cash in on us, but of course Can we continue to order, it's just for your checkout... okay, no problem... Only the next shift was probably not in the mood for us... They flagged us silently with a disparaging look a reservation sign on the table, okay, we still have a grace period of 6:30 p.m.... but they simply didn't serve us anymore

I'm a woman and don't usually eat that much, but I wasn't satisfied. The service wasn't very friendly. We had reserved a table and wanted a window seat because there were plenty of free seats, but the server started arguing with us. Not pleasant. They didn't have any sweet wines either; it was either dry or no wine at all. Pizza for children is only available up to age 14. Seniors have to order a large pizza. All in all, NOT recommended. We won't be going back to Solino.

Our conclusion: we wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning.
