I threw out $30 plus dollars worth of chicken. The drink was handed to me with the top coming off and never got the honey that I asked for or a napkin to even clean the cup off before putting it in my car! Not going back. You can getchicken everywhere in town. Got an entire bucket of soggy greasy chicken. The worse chicken I have had in a long time. It lookedlike water spilled on it.

Person behind the counter wouldn?t refund us the cost of the biscuits and wouldn?t put them back in the oven. Old woman at the registermisgendered my husband intentionally and repeatedly (man has long hair and a full beard, as well as a deep voice) and usedcondescending language towards us (stuff like sweetheart, and not used in the nice way). Price on the menu didn?t line up withprice on the receipt either. Place was also filthy. Sad, because we previously had great experiences at this location.

Be cautious if you order from Taco Bell as well—make sure to double-check your bag. This place has definitely declined, if it wasn't already below average.

The quality has dropped noti... read more I have visited this KFC location occasionally, and while the food used to be decent, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The quality has dropped noticeably, and the management seems ill-equipped to handle customer service, especially given the current economic challenges. During my last visit, the manager was quite argumentative and clearly lacked the professionalism needed to address complaints. I won’t be returning to the Garner KFC. I felt disrespected throughout my visit, and the management’s attitude was unacceptable. I can only imagine how disappointed the Colonel would be seeing how this location is being managed.

If you don’t enjoy your... read more I'm giving this restaurant two stars only because the food was okay. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, loud, and very unprofessional. If you don’t enjoy your job, maybe it’s time to consider a different one. Customer service should be a priority for anyone working here. When I asked for a moment, he shouted through the speaker and almost threw my food bag at me. It's disappointing to see a manager act like this, setting a bad example for the staff. I won’t be coming back.
