If you're thinking about ordering from this restaurant, I suggest you skip going inside. You might end up waiting indefinitely at the front counter unless you draw attention to yourself. I stood there for five minutes, and not one person came over to check if anyone was waiting.
In the convenience store, it's inappropriate for employees to bring their toddlers to work unsupervised, as it disrupts customers. There wasn't even a playpen for the child. The cashier left the child in the aisle, following everyone around the store. This poses a safety risk, as the child could easily open the door and wander outside. It’s a concerning situation for a child's well-being.
WOW, what a terrible experience at Dunkin'. It’s clear that customer service and common sense are long gone. The senior manager was incredibly rude to both the staff and customers. After acting like she had everything under control, she ended up messing up our entire order. Waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich only to receive the wrong one was frustrating enough, and then it took another 10 minutes to get a refund. This was my first and definitely last time visiting Dunkin', especially disappointing given how simple the menu is.
I have to say, this Dunkin' location has the most unmotivated staff and the poorest service I've ever encountered. I ordered a Boston cream donut, but it was placed upside down in the bag, causing the chocolate to slip off onto the bag. I ordered something straightforward, yet they still messed it up. My friend asked for a hot black coffee, but it arrived lukewarm and with cream and sugar added despite her clear request.
