Was Anonym at Backenköhler a mag?
the first drink on the sun terrace with a forest view, and then enjoy steak with a pfeffersoße and bohnen. the meat was simply a tight and exactly on the point. the beans in the speckmantel simply tasty and the soße a true dense. We also liked that the plentiful sauce was served separately in a soned.A delicious white wine rounded off the great evening. Sure, with good laune and nice friends, as well as a attentive s... As I said in previous reports, Spargel is best eaten in village inns with tradition. Well, Bakenköhler is not a small inn where the hostess still cooks, but in any case we wanted to go to dinner here. In front of a fairly large building ensemble we found a parking lot and that on Easter Monday. However, we had reserved, but there were still enough seats and the modernly furnished guest room. We were given a rustic menu, the cover sheet looked like a beaten wooden box from earlier times. There was no vegetarian version with kernel ham or with schnitzel. Well, I could have asked, but I was sure my companion could do that. So we ordered two Pinot Grigio and of course the asparagus with ham. What was brought to the neighboring tables looked very good. After about 20 minutes waiting time was served: an elongate plate with the asparagus, butter sauce and Dutch sauce, potatoes and everyone got a small plate with the nicely draped ham. At the moment we remembered that we had forgotten to say that the asparagus should be soft. Somehow we were no longer in practice, because we had eaten the last asparagus a year ago - this must be better this season again. At any rate he was excellent, the Hollandaise with light citrus notes, also very tasty. I also tried the ham, thin-heavy cut with some fat rim, also this of very good quality. So we've swept in the long desired vegetables, if he had been even softer, perfect. We had to put the ham in, and my companion no longer managed. We moved outside to the beautiful terrace and drank a café Crema there to finish. that made this menu perfect for us. Conclusion: absolutely recommended and with 18.80 euros for the asparagus with ham in the moderate area, with the wine for 4.80 and the café with 2.40 also in the normal area.
