I placed my order early because I knew they were busy, but they ended up getting the decoration details wrong. I was really disappointed with the cake itself. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is that they provided a full refund after I requested it; at first, they only offered a 20% discount for the mistake.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and some of the happiest people you'll meet, always eager to serve up some of the finest baked goods you can find in Gallup!
