My teen son had just got his first pay... read more I don't come here often but when I do I usually have an amazing experience. However, yesterday wasn't one of those times. My teen son had just got his first pay check from his summer job and wanted to treat me and his grandmother to a meal. As usual, the food was okay and atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Great place for a Sunday family dinner. The service started off good, until they switched our waitress right before we were getting ready to leave. The second waitress was rushing us, and I'm not sure why. There wasn't a huge crowd and there was plenty of seating for the few coming in. As stated before, they switched our waitress with a more aggressive one that began harassing us about the tip. She didn't do this with any other table but us. I don't like to say this was was racially motivated but it really felt like it was because they didn't do this to anyone else that sat around us. Because my son treated, I was responsible for tip, but after that horrible service from her I did not leave one and she proceeded to call over the waitress who served us before and they both proceeded to crowd around my son and I as we stood up from the table, demanding we leave a tip. Never in my life had I been so humiliated and my child was upset too. Needless to say I won't be going back there. This area has to many Asian cuisine establishments that we can give our business to for us to be treated like this. I'm sure my experience won't mean much to many but I hope it atleast will result in some training for the waitresses.

The chicken tasted freez... read more The quality of the food was underwhelming, with only a few exceptions. The waitress mistakenly delivered the wrong drinks to our table. The chicken tasted freezer burnt and lacked flavor, and the food was served cold. To top it all off, when we were leaving, the waitress insisted on receiving a tip, even though we had already paid at the entrance and included a generous 20% gratuity on the bill. I will not be coming back and strongly recommend that others avoid this disappointing buffet!

And to make matters worst upon departure the waitress demanded a tip. Even though we paidupon entry and put gracious 20% tip on the ticket. Will not be returning. And strongly advise anyone to steer clear of thismonstrosity of a buffet!
