We only ordered drinks and did not try any food during our visit. My niece performed that evening. The cost per person ranged from $10 to $20. The service and atmosphere were both rated a 5 out of 5.
The restaurant has a fantastic selection of beers and the staff are very friendly. There is ample seating both indoors and outdoors, with parking available in a nearby parking garage or on the street. The average price per person is between $20 and $30.
It’s safe to say that Downtown Drafts has become a Gainesville staple. A nice place to go either after work to wet your whistle or hang out with friends old and new. Depending on the season, they come up with interesting drinks to attract more people like popsicles in sangria during the summer or adult hot chocolate during the winter. It is as it advertises a community taproom with many different types of beers on tap and you are bound to run into someone you know. Overall a great hometown establishment.
