The staff are lovely and the owner is a hoot who deals with complaints very well but it 's a shame she wasn 't there on Saturday 26th tho. I had previously had the Carbonara and told her it was the best I had ever had so I ordered it again on Saturday. What a difference tho, not thick and creamy with plenty of bacon bits like before, but runny and bland with only 4 teeny bits of bacon. The lady owner would have dealt with this differently but the response I got from the guy in charge was that 's how I always make it so there 's nothing wrong with it Really? Who made it the week before then because that one was gorgeous? What a shame that his response spoilt it for us. Rest of the time the food was lovely and so were all the other staff. Yummy minus 1.
